Exhibition experience
A warm, spacious and non-prescriptive environment for encountering witness testimony, artwork and immersive installation through calm attention rather than spectacle.
THE EXHIBITION
The first public exhibition is being developed with the Centre for Liminal Studies as a calm, carefully held space for art, research and conversation.

A warm, spacious and non-prescriptive environment for encountering witness testimony, artwork and immersive installation through calm attention rather than spectacle.
Light, sound, moving image, sculpture and carefully considered sensory elements may be used where they are faithful to the source accounts and appropriate to the space.
Artist-researcher talks, panel discussion and facilitated conversation will explore the research, creative process and wider questions around dying, consciousness and meaning.
Clear content information, seating, accessible circulation, captions and transcripts will support different needs. Sensory elements such as scent will be optional and carefully tested.
Filmed documentation, selected talk or panel material, photographs and accessible online resources will extend the project beyond the gallery.
